摘要
城镇污水处理厂作为环保项目,具有明显的环境效益.但作为工程项目,其规模技术有效性方面的研究比较少.城镇污水处理厂的建设、运行、管理需要大量的资金,对于经济欠发达地区来说,具有相当的困难.本文针对乌鲁木齐市五家污水处理厂的调查数据,利用数据包络分析的方法,采用C2R模型对污水处理厂进行效率评价,进而探讨影响其规模技术有效性的因素,对经济欠发达地区污水处理厂的建设、运行、管理提出相应建议.
As environmental item,manicipal sewage factories have obvious environmental benefit. But as engineering item,the reseach of scale and technology is very little. The construction,running and management of municipal sewage factories need a lot of funds,so it is very difficult for uptight area to work at it. According to the investigated data of five municipal sewage factories in Orumqi, this paper, by using Date Envelopment Analysis method, and adopting CZR model, evaluated the efficiency of municipal sewage factories,then discussing factors which impact on the validity of scale and technology of it. All of this will give some reference for plant＇s founding,running and management in uptight area.
