摘要
拉塞尔.M.林登创立的无缝隙政府理论源于对政府传统组织模式的批判。阐述无缝隙理论的内涵对分析无缝隙政府理论对建设服务型政府的作用具有指导意义,以及无缝隙政府理论应用于服务型政府建设存在着几处缺失。
Based on criticism of the government＇s traditional organization, Russell. M. Linden points out the theory of seamless government. This paper discusses the essence of this theory, and then analyses the guiding significance of seamless government theory on constructing service government and some defects of seamless government theory applied to the construction of service government.
