Non-isothermal Crystallization Kinetics of Rare-earth Luminous Polycaprolactam

摘要 采用等速降温的方法研究稀土发光PA6的非等温结晶动力学过程中发现,以Jeziorny法和Mo法处理该体系的非等温结晶过程比较理想,而在文中实验范围内,用Ozawa法处理则不太理想。用Jeziorny法分析结果表明:荧光粉质量分数为5%时,荧光粉对聚己内酰胺有明显的加速结晶作用。用Mo法分析结果表明:荧光粉的加入对聚己内酰胺有加速结晶的作用。 The nonisothermal crystallization kinetics of rare-earth luminous polycaprolactam was studied by means of DSC. The modified Avrami theories of Jeziorny, Ozawa and Mo were used to analyze the crystallization kinetics of luminous polycaprolactam. It is shown that both the Jeziorny and Mo methods could describe this system very well, but the Ozawa analysis failed. The result of Jeziorny method showed that when at 5% luminous pigments content, luminous pigments can increase the rates of crystallization obviously. The Mo method also showed that luminous pigments can increase the rates of crystallization.
