摘要
通过不同功率的激光辐照芳纶纤维复合材料烧蚀实验回收样品的微观分析,得到在不同的激光参数下,芳纶纤维增强树脂基体复合材料的热损伤形态和损伤物理化学过程。结果表明,热损伤的关键在于化学变化,焦化和炭化使树脂和纤维剧烈收缩,收缩所产生的应力促使性能变坏的复合材料损伤。
There exist a series of complicated physicochemical changes in the composite reinforced by polyaryl amide fibers irradiated by laser. The damage configuration and physicochemical process of different laser parameters are obtained through the micro-analysis of the recovery samples after experiments. Thermal damage relies on the chemical changes critically.
