摘要
目的 制备醋酸地塞米松喷雾剂并建立质量控制方法。方法以壳聚糖为辅科、醋酸地塞米松为主要成分制备喷雾剂,采用紫外分光光度法测定醋酸地塞米松的含量。结果醋酸地塞米松在6~30μg·ml^-1浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率102.18%,RSD=0.46%,(n=5)。结论 醋酸地塞米松喷雾刺制备工艺可行,含量测定方法简便、准确。
OBJECTIVE TO prepare dexamethasone acetate spray and establish a standard for quality control. CONCLUSION Chitosan was used as the accessoriese, dexamethasone acetate as main ingredient. The content was measured by UV spectrophotometry. RESULTS The standard curve was linear in the concentration range of 6-30μg·ml^-1 ( r =0. 9998). The average recovery of dexamethasone acetate was 102.18%, RSD was 0.46% ( n =5), CONCLUSION The dexamethasone acerate spray is feasible in technological process. The method for content determination is simple and accurate.
