Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry（LC MS）method as a relatively prefect modern analytical technique embodies the superiority of LC and MS, which has the high separation property of chromatography and the high identification property of MS. The method is used broadly because it fulfills the demand in high accuracy and high precision of modern drug research.
