摘要
目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定去氧氟尿苷中有关物质。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱（250mm×4.6mm，5μm）；流动相：乙腈-水（1：1）；检测波长：269nm；0．8ml·min^-1。结果 该方法测定已知有关物质的线性范围为1.1～22．0μg·ml^-1，r=-0．9999（n=5）。结论本法简便，准确，专属性好，灵敏度高，可用于去氧氟尿苷中有关物质的测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determination of the Doxiflufidine＇s related substances. METHODS The HPLC method was set up. The samples were separated by Diamonsil-C18 column（250mm× 4. 6mm5μm） with acetonitrile-water（1：1）as mobile phase and detection wavelength was at 269nm and the flow rate was 0. 8ml· min^-1. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the range of 1.1-22.0μg·ml^-1 for determination of the Doxifluridine＇s related substances, r=0. 9999 （n=5）; CONCLUSION A simple,accurate and sensitive HPLC method to determine Doxifluridine related substances was established.
