摘要
目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定去氧氟尿苷中有关物质。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(1:1);检测波长:269nm;0.8ml·min^-1。结果 该方法测定已知有关物质的线性范围为1.1~22.0μg·ml^-1,r=-0.9999(n=5)。结论本法简便,准确,专属性好,灵敏度高,可用于去氧氟尿苷中有关物质的测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determination of the Doxiflufidine's related substances. METHODS The HPLC method was set up. The samples were separated by Diamonsil-C18 column(250mm× 4. 6mm5μm) with acetonitrile-water(1:1)as mobile phase and detection wavelength was at 269nm and the flow rate was 0. 8ml· min^-1. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the range of 1.1-22.0μg·ml^-1 for determination of the Doxifluridine's related substances, r=0. 9999 (n=5); CONCLUSION A simple,accurate and sensitive HPLC method to determine Doxifluridine related substances was established.
