摘要
翼状胬肉是一三角形纤维血管组织，从球结膜侵入透明角膜，在单纯切除术后具有很高的复发率。我们研究了１２例（１２眼）翼状胬肉术后丝裂霉素Ｃ滴眼治疗的疗效和毒性。在手术后用０．０２％丝裂霉素Ｃ１日２次滴眼共５日，同时滴氟氯液１日４次，在６周内滴眼次数逐渐减少，随访６个月未见有何病例复发，也未见有何严重副反应，提示此种治疗是一安全有效的方法，可以阻止翼状胬肉的复发。
Pterygium is a triangular sheet of fibrovascular tissue that invades the clear cornea from the bulbar conjunctiva,and has a high recurrence rate after simple excision.We studied the efficacy and toxicity of postoperative mitomycin C eye drops to treat 12 cases(12 eyes) of pterygium.After surgery,mitomycin C 0.02% eyedrops twice daily for 5 days as well as dexamethasone 0.1% and chloramycin 0.25% four times tapered for the next 6 weeks were instilled. Postoperative follow up 6 months.None of the patients was recurrent.No serious side effects were encountered,too.It is suggests that this curative method is an effective and safe treatment to obviate pterygium recurrence.
