摘要
目的探讨正常面肌运动终板形态学特征,以及神经损伤后再生终板的结构特点。方法用恒冷箱切片,琥珀酸脱氢酶及乙酰胆碱酯酶复合染色,观察研究正常组组大鼠面肌运动终板形态类别及特性,以及面神经挫伤后重获神经分布的面肌再生终权形态特征.结果正常面肌运动终板形态上分四类:Ⅰ型为圆密集型,占44%;Ⅱ型为复合分枝型,占28%.Ⅲ型为简单分枝型,占17%;Ⅳ型是圆形带孔型.占11%.而再生运动终板(第8周),均为较复杂的多圆密集型。结论 面肌运动终板形态类型特异,正常与再生运动终板均以多圆密集型为主。
To investigate the morphologicalfeature of normal and regenerating motorendplate (MEP) of facial muscles and the structural characteristics of regenerating MEP after bruised by mechanical force.Method Cryostat section-cutting and compound staining of succinate dehydrogenae(SDH) with acetylcholinesterase (AchE) were used.The classification and characteristics of MEP of facial muscle in normal and regenerating facial nervs of rat were observed by optical microscope.Result it is fund that normal MEPs of facial muscles are composed of four types, Type Ⅰ(many ring aggregating type) 44%, Type Ⅱ(complex branched type) 28%, type Ⅲ (simple branched type) 17%, type Ⅳ (type of round with hole) 11%. The normal and regenerative MEPs were mostly complicated type Ⅰ.Conclusion The morphologic feature of facial muscles MEP are special, and type Ⅰ MEP is by far the most numerous of regenerative and normal facial muscle MEPs.
