摘要
目的 探讨y射线辐照机采血小板以预防输血相关移植物抗宿主病(TA-GYHD),且不损伤血小板的适宜剂量。方法 将13份机采血小板样本均分为3组,两组进行Y射线辐照作为实验组,辐照剂量分别为30Gy和40Gy;另一组作为对照组,除不用Y射线辐照外,温度等其他条件一致。检测并比较3个组的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)值。结果 三组间LDH检测值均无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论 30-40Gy辐照剂量灭活淋巴细胞效果显著,时间较短,但对机采血小板无显著性损伤。
Objective To discuss the appropriate γ-ray radiation dosage to platelets under which (TA-GVHD) could be prevented and platelets were not damaged. Methods All the 13 samples collected by machine were derided into three groups, two of which were irradiated respectively with 30 and 40 Gy as experimental groups. Then, their lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) values were measured. Results There were no differences in the LDH value significantly among the three groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Not only the lymphocytes are inactivated effectively under the γ-ray radiation dosage between 30 and 40 Gy, but also the platelets collected by machine are not significantly damaged.
