摘要
目的:观察不同部位牙体缺损冠延长术后的疗效。方法:40例患者分为两组,A组:牙体缺损位于唇腭侧断端于龈下≤3mm的31例,B组9例缺损位于近远中侧。两组患牙行牙冠延长术,术中将A组的牙槽嵴顶降至断缘根方3mm,B组的牙槽嵴顶降至断缘根方1.5￣2mm,并分别于术后1周、2周、4周及6周以及永久修复3个月、6个月进行临床牙周检查。结果:A组在术后6周获得了比较好的临床结果,修复6个月后牙周组织保持健康;B组术后6周及修复6个月后牙龈仍呈现炎症。结论:牙体缺损断端达龈下≤3mm手术去除牙槽骨高度达3㎜时,病损位于唇舌侧的冠延长术获得的临床效果好于病损位于近远中侧的效果。
Objective：To evaluate the effect of surgical crown lengthening for different sites of teeth with subgingival destruction.Methods：There were 2 groups,A group in eluded 31 teeth（31 patients） with labial/lingual defeets,B group were 9 teeth（9 patients）with mesial/distal defect.Two groups underwent surgical crown elongation procedures,respectively.During surgery,the alveolar crest was reduced,thereby creating a distance of 3mm between margin of tooth and bone crest in A group, 1.5to 2mm in B group.All parameters included in the periodontal health were examined 1.2.4.6weeks follwing srugiry.Results：The good periodontal health was gained on A group after surgery in 6 weeks to 6 month,while B group was not so good.Conclusions：Better results can be aehived if the subgingival lesion of tooth≤3mm with labial/lingual sites follwing surgical crown lengthening than lesion in mesial/distal sites.
