摘要
我国高校教师聘任制目前还存在着法律依据不足等问题,应借鉴发达国家的有益经验,完善教师聘任合同、争议仲裁机构和诉讼法规,规范其管辖与受理程序及部门。
Up to now, there are several problems such as lack of law basis on the teacher recruitment in higher education of China. It is necessary for us to borrow the beneficial experience to improve the contract of teacher recruitment, regulate the construction of arbitration and lawsuit regulations that will standardize the implementation program and department.
