介绍中石油乌鲁木齐石化公司一化肥油改气及扩能改造项目中,尿素装置工艺改造方案的选择及改造的工艺特点。装置改造后,尿素产量由1740t/d增至2610t/d,实现增产、节能、降耗的目标。
Presents the revamp of Unnnqi first chemical fertilizer plant for natural gas replacing residual oil and capacity expansion, and describes the selection of process revamp scheme and process characteristics. After the revamp, urea output is increased to 2610 t/d from 1740 t/d, realizing the goal of production increase, energy saving and consumption decrease.
