摘要压力传感器和流量、液位及温度传感器一样,是支撑工业过程自动化的四大传感器之一.它应用广、影响大,不仅可以作为压力传感器,也可以用作负荷、位移、流量等其他传感器.以前,压力传感器绝大多数是利用膜片、波尔洞管等弹性体的机械变化.
