摘要
农民是新农村的建设者。要创新农村职业教育，培育和造就新型农民，必须更新发展观念，创新农村职业教育的管理体制，构建农村职业教育投入的长效机制，加大城市支援力度，赋予农村职业教育新的文化内涵，突出农村职业教育的工作重点。
Peasants are the erectors of new country. Innovating rural vocational education and cultivating new peasants must update the idea of rural vocational education development, innovating management system, constructing long devotion system, increasing city support, endowing new cultural connotation to rural vocational education, standing out working emphases.
