摘要
从高职旅游专业的实践来看，落实“就业导向”，提高教育教学质量，必须采取系统化措施，创新产学研合作机制。这些措施包括：实施就业导向，确立岗位目标，构筑培养方案；强化课程对接，优化管理体系，确保教学效果；切合企业需要，融入职业技术，开展应岗实训；联结无形资产，强化过程管理，合作培养人才；强化职业意识，培养创新能力，扩大辐射效应。
From the practice of tour specialty in higher vocational education, the implementation of ＂employment-orientation＂ and enhancement of teaching quality must adopt systemized measures and innovate the cooperated mechanism of production, study and research, these measures are： implementing employment-orientation, establishing post objectives and constructing cultivation scheme; strengthening the linkage of curriculum and optimizing management system to insure teaching effect; expanding post training according to corporation demand and integrating professional techniques into the training; coupling invisible assets, intensifying process management and cultivating talents cooperatively; consolidating profession consciousness, cultivating innovative ability and extending radiation effect.
