摘要
“诸痛痒疮,皆属于心”是《内经》有关五脏病机的论述之一,多种疮疡及与之相关的痛、痒,大都因血脉不通,气血凝滞所致,心主血脉,故属于心。在男科临床上应用该病机理论从疮疡论治热淋(非淋菌性尿道炎)、子痈(急性睾丸炎)和慢性前列腺炎,皆取得了较好的临床效果。
The idea that ＂All kinds diseases with pain,itching and sore are exclusively related to the heart＂is one of the ideas about pathomechanism of the fivee zang-organs theory,which was referred in Neijing. Applied this theory of pathomechanism that treat heat strangury （non-gonococcal urethritis）,testicular abscess （the acute inflammation of the testes）and chronic prostatitis,which is based on the sores and the andrology clinic, all obtained better clinical effect.
