摘要
政治沟通是现代民主社会的主要标志,是政府与普通民众进行交流与互动的桥梁和纽带。政治沟通是一个促进交流与合作的过程,其目的是达到政治协调甚至是双赢,其主体必须至少有一方掌握政治资源,而且要借助一定的沟通平台和媒介,要求有妥协和中庸的政治文化底蕴。政治沟通具有政治社会化、社会控制、政治整合、政治民主、化解社会政治冲突等功能。政治沟通在现实政治生活中起到传播信息、减少信息不对称性、增加政治统治权威、及时解决社会问题、促进制度化建设等作用。
Political communication, the main symbol of the modem democratic society, is a bridge and ligament that the government makes intercommunication and interaction with common people. The text tries its best to expatiate upon and hold the essential and connotation of political communication from its definition, function, character to its practical meaning, and does its best to get more innovatioand sublimation.
