摘要
目的识别、评价和分析建设项目可能产生及存在的职业病危害因素,确定危害的类别,预测其对劳动者健康危害程度;对拟采取的职业病危害防护设施进行分析与评价,制定相应的职业病危害防护措施,为卫生行政部门审批建设项目提供可行的技术依据。方法选择与该建设项目类似的工程进行类比调查,采用类比法检查表法与定量分级法相结合的原则进行评价。结果该建设项目属于一般职业病危害项目;选址与总体布局、生产设备布局、拟采取的职业病防护措施设计、辅助用室的卫生设施配置等符合国家卫生标准;本项目可能产生的主要职业病危害因素有粉尘和噪声。结论该建设项目拟采取的职业病危害防护设施基本符合国家职业卫生标准和卫生要求,从职业卫生角度分析,该项目是可行的。
Objective To identify, assess,and analyze occurrence of possible occupational hazard factors in this construction project in order to confirm the kind of occupations and predicting the effects on the health of workers; to evaluate the effects of the equipment on occupational hazard control and find out the feasible and efficient measures against the occupational exposure in order to provide scientific evidences for the inspection by health administrative departments on this construction project. Methods Analogizing was used by selecting a factory which was similar to this construction project. The assessment was proceeded by using combination of principle of checklist, me,hods of analogy and quantitative classification. Results This construction project is ordinary occupational hazard items, including the selection of site , the arrangement and layout the of the facilities , occupational disease prevention and protection measures , hygiene equipment of auxiliary workplaces meet the requirements of the national laws and regulations; the main occupational hazard factors that may exist in this construction project are dust and noise.Conclusion The designs of the equipment for the occupational hard control of the construction project meet the national sanitary laws and regulations. From the view of occupational health , the construction project is feasible.
