摘要
电子商务交易的法律不完善已严重影响了电子商务的发展,出现了一些相关法律问题。就电子合同含义及特征作了阐述,对电子合同具体法律问题作了剖析,就电子合同签定、认定、支付、电子签名等法律问题作了浅析,并对电子合同的立法及法制化建设作了介绍。
The imperfectness of the law on the electronic business has badly affected its development, some correlative law problems have also occur, ed. In the passage, the meanings and its characters about electronic contract are well explained, the anatom of its particular law problems, also the subscription, the cognizance, the payment such as the signature of the law problems are also presented. Finally. the legislation and its construction on electronic contract are discussed.
