烟草多酚氧化酶及其与烟草品质关系的研究进展 被引量:12

Researeh Advances in Polyphenol Oxidase in Tobacco Plants and the Relations between PPO and Tobacco Leaf Quality

摘要 烟草多酚氧化酶(Polyphenol Oxidase,PPO)介导的酶促棕色化反应会影响烟叶、烟丝的色泽和内在质量,因此多酚氧化酶一直是近年来烟草研究的热点。从PPO的酶学特性、烟草生产各阶段PPO活性变化、PPO与烟叶质量的关系等方面,总结了近年来烟草PPO的研究成果,以期为烟草生产提供较为全面的知识。 Browning reaction mediated by Polyphenol Oxidase(PPO) in tobacco can form unpleasant color, which is harmful to tobacco leaf quality. So many researches on tobacco PPO have been carried out in these years. The recent research achievements about tobacco PPO with respects to its characteristics, the role of the fluctuation of its activity in the stages of tobacco production, the relations between PPO and tobacco leaf quality were reviewd in this paper, in order to supply general knowledges in tobacco Polyphenol Oxidase.
