摘要
对树莓种子进行解剖学观察,发现不同树莓种子具相似的解剖结构,即种子由胚、胚乳层、种皮及内果皮构成。分别剥离种子内果皮、种皮、胚乳后,采用培养皿培养的方法研究树莓种子的萌发特性,结果表明,暴露一部分胚的种子在2周内萌发率均可达到100%,内果皮、种皮及胚乳层均显著抑制种子的萌发。研究所采用的树莓试材种子均不存在胚性休眠。
Histological observation showed teat raspberry seeds of different varieties have the similar structure. A seed has an embryo inside and endosperm, testa and endocarp outside. Regardless of variety, 100% germination was reached in two weeks if all the seed coats were removed. Seeds were prevented significantly from germination by the endocarp, testa and endosperm. There was no embryonic dormancy of the Rubus seeds used in this study.
