摘要
介绍了大容量电站锅炉不等厚压制锅筒瓦片制造工艺过程,提出了减少厚瓦片纵缝直边余量的工艺改进方案。此方案显著提高了锅筒的材料利用率。
This is article introducing manufacturing process of pressed cylindrical shell thick half of steam drum for utility boiler, creatively presenting measurement on decreasing longitudinal seam technical tolerance of thick half , as a result, the material utility rate of the drum is improved.
