摘要
城市边缘区是农村与城市的过渡地带,其农地利用既受到城市发展的影响,同时又要发挥农业生产的作用。本文在分析我国城市边缘区农地利用特点的基础上,指出其被低效利用的现状和原因,并提出要加强城市边缘区农地流转和耕地保护的几点意见。
In urban fringe, urban-rural transition belt, farmland utilization is affected by development of city. The urban-rural transition belt also plays a role in agricultural production. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the farmland in urban fringe, and points out the reasons why farmlands are used inefficiently in this area. Several suggestions for promotion of farmland transfer and protection are proposed in this paper as well.
