摘要
从复杂工业过程优化控制的特点出发，提出了一种新的区域优化控制策略．该策略与传统的优化控制技术相比，适用范围广且决策更为灵活．采用这一策略开发了尿素生产过程的实时优化专家系统，该专家系统已在某大型化肥厂实际运行，经济效益显著．
In this paper, a new regional optimizing strategy(ROS) is studied via control requirements of complex industrial process. Compared with traditional optimization methods, ROS is more suitable and flexible. By the use of this strategy, an active expert system is built for the large-scale urea plant. The siginificant economic benefit was achieved in a fertilizer factory.
