过氧化氮及其抑制剂与多发性硬化

摘要 近年来在对多发性硬化患者及其动物模型的研究中都已证实,过氧化氮在疾病病理损伤中起到重要作用,作为过氧化氮体内天然抑制剂的尿酸在多发性硬化患者血清中的水平较对照组显著降低。尿酸已经被成功的应用于治疗多发性硬化的动物模型,而且多发性硬化患者口服尿酸前体肌苷可以提高血清尿酸水平并使临床症状有所改善。这些研究都为进一步阐明多发性硬化的发病机制,探索更合理的治疗药物及方案提供了新的思路。
