Sr_3NbGa_3Si_2O_(14)晶体非同向声光可调谐滤波器的研究

摘要 对0.6328μm和1.06μm两种波长,分别给出了Sr3NbGa3S i2O14(SNGS)晶体声光可调谐滤波器取不同近似下的超声波极角aθ和入射光极角iθ之间的关系曲线。结果指出,对晶体取双折射近似基本没有误差,在红外波段不必考虑旋光特性。具体计算了λ=0.6328μm时,器件的有关性能指标光谱分辨率和角孔径。所得结果对SNGS晶体在非同向声光可调谐滤波器中的应用提供了理论依据。 The angular dependence between the acoustic polar angle θa and the incident light polar angle θi of Sr3NbGa3Si2O14 (SNGS)crystal non-collinear acousto-optic tunable filter (AOTF) under different approximations was given for λ = 0.6328μm and λ = 1. 06μm. The θa-θi curves show that the approximation for the birefringence doesn't have errors and the rotatory properties don't need to be considered in the infrared range. The performance indexes of the device under A = 0. 6328 μm were calculated. The results obtained will provide a basis for the design of SNGS non-collinear AOTF.
