摘要
描述包装产品的破损极限曲线,必须借助冲击机进行冲击试验。本文系统阐述冲击试验的基本原理,并通过对若干种试验方法的评价,指出:基于冲击谱原理,以矩形脉冲为试验基础评定产品易损度、能概括最严酷的流通环境条件。结合我国流通环境条件比较复杂、技术和管理水平相对偏低的实际情况,这是一种应当提倡的试验方法。
The damage boundary curve of packed products could be described with the help of the shock test by impact machine. This paper relates systematically the basicprinciple of shock test and points out through the evaluation on various testing methodsthat most cruel circulation environment conditions could be summarized by the evaluati-on of product fragility based on the rectangular pulse test according to the shock spectraprinciple. This testing method should be recommended due to the practical situation thatthe circulation environment conditions are rather complex and the levels of technique andmanagement are relatively poor in our country.
