卤米松乳膏联合莫匹罗星软膏治疗湿疹疗效观察 被引量：12

摘要 目的观察卤米松乳膏联合莫匹罗星软膏与单独使用卤米松乳膏治疗湿疹的临床疗效。方法治疗组交替使用卤米松乳膏和莫匹罗星软膏,每天各2次,每次用药间隔时间超过2 h以上;对照组单独使用卤米松乳膏,2次/d。连续用药2周。结果治疗组共观察78例,治愈率78.21%,有效率97.44%;对照组78例,治愈率58.97%,有效率85.9%;两组有效率比较差异有显著性(χ2=6.80,P<0.05)。结论交替使用卤米松乳膏和莫匹罗星软膏治疗湿疹效果好,无明显不良反应。
