摘要
电子新闻系统是Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ上广泛应用的系统之一．本文所研究的与ＮＮＴＰ相兼容的中文电子新闻系统，是根据“中国教育和科研计算机网（ＣＥＲＮＥＴ）”的建设要求而开发的，该系统运行在ＤＯＳ环境下，为用户提供阅读、编辑和发送新闻等功，它为用户提供操作方便、使用灵活的莱单界面，一般用户均可方便地使用．
Usenet News system have got extensive uses.We develoed Chinese Usenet News compatible to NNTP so that the Usenet user can read. edit and post Newe under DOS. We Provides a triendly to have the user operate the menu easily. This document introduces these technology about it.
