摘要
本文对CIMS环境中适用于大量重复生产类型的"制造资源计划"(MRPⅡ)进行了研究,结合"长安"微型汽车生产特点和工厂实际,提出采用MRPⅡ的"推式"逻辑进行生产计划,采用JIT的"拉式"逻辑进行生产控制的混合式系统结构和逻辑模型。
The paper studies the Manufacturing Resources Planning(MRP Ⅱ)which suit to Computer Integrated Manufacturing(CIM)condition and mass-repetitive manufacturing type.According to'Changan'mini-automobile's production features and the factory's realities,advances a mixed model in which'push'logic of MRP Ⅱ is used to plan for production and business,'pull'logic of JIT(just in time)is used to control for manufac- turing process.On the basis,raise the system's model.
