摘要
以SO_2为代表污染物,对现有大气污染源进行归类,应用大气扩散模型,对全市范围(划分为6400个1km×1km网格)计算出在不同环境质量目标下的大气污染物环境承载能力。研究结果表明:污染源类别不同,每1km^2的允许排放量差异很大,第5类源允许排放量是第1类源的24倍;对不同的环境质量目标,相同的污染源类别,允许排放量相差3~5倍。
Taking SO2 as a representative pollutant and existing atmospheric pollution sources were grouped, then applying atmospheric diffusion model and divided the whole city into 6400 (1km × 1km) networks, and calculated the environmental loading capacity of atmospheric pollutant under different environmental quality goals. The results showed that under different pollution source categories, the amount of allowable emission in every network (1km2) was different remarkably. The amount of allowable emission in the V category of pollution source was 24-fold of I category; for different environmental quality goals, the same pollution source category, amount of allowable emission differed from 3-5-fold.
