摘要 柴油机瞬时转速和高压油管压力曲线中包含丰富的信息,可以广泛应用于柴油机测试和诊断。 12V190B柴油机工作时噪声和振动很大,瞬时转速实测结果中包含严重的干扰信号。将实测时序信号通过傅立叶变换转换到频率域内,采取合理的滤波处理,再通过傅立叶反变换,减少或减弱实测信号中的干扰信号, 获得真实瞬时转速曲线的规律性和周期性,可用于基本性能的分析和初步故障诊断。 Rich information is included in transient speed curve and pressure curve of high-pressure fuel pipe for diesel engines, so it is widely used in tests and diagnoses for diesel engines. The noise and vibration of 12VI90B are very large during operation, which results with serious interference signals in transient speed data measured. Time-sequential signal measured is converted into frequency domain via Fourier conversion, then is processed by reasonable filter. Through anti-Fourier conversion, interference signals are reduced or weakened. In result, real transient speed curve with correct regularity and periodicity is obtained and can be used for performance analysis and primary trouble-shooting of 12V190B diesel engine.
