摘要
选用70头体重无显著差异的初生仔猪,随机分为5组,其中Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别15头,第Ⅴ组10头。试验测定了不同补铁剂对Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组哺乳仔猪体内血红蛋白含量及仔猪生长效果的影响。结果表明,试验Ⅰ组(注射牲血素)哺乳仔猪体内血红蛋白含量较试验Ⅳ组(空白对照组)的高0.6 g/100 mL,组间差异不显著(P>0.05),而断奶重较试验Ⅳ组高0.94 kg,差异极显著(P<0.01)。试验Ⅱ组(注射牲血针)和试验Ⅲ组(注射血铁宝)的哺乳仔猪体内血红蛋白含量较试验Ⅳ组分别高1.1 g/100 mL和2.6 g/100 mL,与试验Ⅳ组相比差异极显著(P<0.01),断奶重较试验Ⅳ组分别提高了1.06 kg和1.69kg,差异极显著(P<0.01)。
Seventy suckling piglets,which no marked divergence of weight, were divided into 5 groups ran- domly. There were 15 in the group Ⅰ , Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ and 10 in the group V ,respectively. The Hb contens and weight gain were measured by feeding the group Ⅰ , Ⅱ, Ⅲ with the different iron supplement agents. The results showed that the Hb content of piglets in group Ⅰ (injecting Sheng Xue Su) was 0.69/100 mL higher than that in group Ⅳ (control group), but the difference was not significant ( P 〉0. 05) I The average weanling weight gain in group Ⅰ was 0.94 kg higher than that in control group, the difference was extremely significant ( P "〈0.01).
