摘要
3,4-二氨基呋咱(DAF)是合成呋咱类含能材料的重要前体化合物。本文叙述了三种简便合成DAF的方法,表明由乙二醛经一步或两步胺化得到的DAG既可通过常压也可通过高压完成分子内脱水得到DAF。使用一步法以乙二醛等为原料在常压下也得到了DAF。一步法、两步法及三步法合成DAF得率分别为43%、11%、39%。一步法合成DAF需要仔细控制反应条件且反应时间稍嫌过长。
3,4-Diaminofuraza (DAF) is an important precursor to synthesize furazan energetic materials. Three convenient methods for the preparation of DAF were described. The results indicated that DAF can be obtained not only at about 1 atm pressure but also at high pressure from the diaminoglyoxime (DAG) starting from the amination of glyoxal by one or two-step. The yield (43%) of DAF prepared from glyoxal with other raw materials by only one step is larger than those ( 11% and 39% ) of the other two methods, but the reaction conditions must be controlled exactly and the reaction time is slightly longer.
