摘要
由于人类长期以来的一系列不正确的活动,给自然环境带来了严重的后果,环境问题也日益凸显,但随着环境保护的逐步深入,环境执法工作也暴露出一些问题,文中主要阐述了环境执法过程中存在的问题及加强环境执法的对策和建议。
The correct execution of the laws on environment protection plays a mere and more impotent role in environment administration, however with the development of the cause environment protection, some short comings emerged from the work of environment management, aiming at mentioned short comings some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward in this paper.
