摘要
为了解全胃肠动力药西沙比利对无力性便秘的疗效，本文对100例成人脑血管意外并便秘患者随机分为西沙比利组和对照组，经1个疗程治疗结果表明，西沙比利的疗效明显优于对照组（P＜0．01）。提示西沙比利治疗无力性便秘近期疗效显著，副反应轻微，值得临床进一步推广应用。
In order to analysis the healing Power of cisapride on constipation,we divided the loo cases with stroke to cisapride group and placebo by chance,and obseryed the healing power of both during one month treatment. The result showed:the healing power of cisapride is better than one of placebo(P<0.01). This suggested that last healing power of cisapride on constipation not only is good,but also it has a little side effecting. It is wother that useing this drug in clinic further.
