摘要
目的观察AO锁定加压接骨板（locking compression plate，LCP）治疗老年桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析40例桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的患者，其中A22例，A313例，C12例，C222例，C31例。结果40例均获得随访，平均随访13．5个月（6~24个月）。全部病例均获得临床愈合。根据Garland and Werley标准评价，优25例，良12例，可3例，差0例，优良率达92％。结论AO锁定加压接骨板治疗老年人桡骨远端粉碎性骨折具有良好的临床疗效。
Objective To analyse the curative results of senile distal radius comminuted fracture treated by AO locking compression plate（LCP）. Methods A retrospective study was performed to 40 cases with senile distal radius comminuted fracture, which were all treated by LCP（including 2 cases of A2, 13 cases of A3, 2 cases of C1, 22 cases of C2, 1 case of Ca）. Results All cases were followed up from 6 to 24 months with an average time of 13. 5 months）. Bone union was achieved in each case. According to Garland and Werley criterion, 25 cases were excellent, 12 good, 3 fair and no poor. The rate of excellent and good was 92%. Conclusion Senile distal radius comminuted fracture treated by LCP could reach good curative results.
