摘要 空瓶对星轮相对运动的包络线是设计星轮轮廓曲线的理论基础。本文以机身为静系,以星轮为动系,采用极坐标建立瓶心的相对运动方程,为绘制空瓶对星轮相对运动的包络线提供依据。应用空瓶对星轮相对运动的包络线,本文提出了以星轮外圆为节圆开圆槽时空瓶不与星轮碰撞的条件,为设计送瓶螺杆提供依据。 The enveloping line for the relative motion of empty bottle to star gear is the theoretical basis for the design of star gear contour line. This paper takes the fuselageas static system and star gear as kinetic system to establish the relative motion equa-tion of the bottle center by means of polar coordinates, giving rise to a basis fordrawing tho enveloping line for the relative motion of empty bottle to star gear. Byusing the enveloping line, this paper puts forward the conditions under which theempty bottle will not run into the star gear while grooving if taking the excircle ofstar gear as nodal circle. which offers the basis for the design of bottle carryingscrew.
