摘要
本文采用OKT系列单克隆抗体间接免疫荧光法测定33例糖尿病病人(分为15例IDDM,18例NIDDM)的外周血T细胞亚群,我们发现OKT_8^+值降低不但存在于IDDM组,而且也存在于NIDDM组,提示两组病人均有T_S功能缺陷。我们讨论了NIDDM病人T细胞亚群变化发生可能的原因,但确切的机理尚待进一步研究。
Peripheral blood tlymphocyte subsets from 33 cases of diabetics (15 cases of IDDM group and 18 cases of NIDDM group) were determined by indirect immunofluorescence technic using monoclonal antibodies of OKT seriesThe decreasing of OKT 8+ values were found either in IDDM group or in NIDDM group.The results indicated that Ts insufficient and Ts-TH ratio disorder existed in both groups The possible causes of T cell subsets alterations in NIDDM patients are discussd,but the axact mechanism should be further studied
