摘要
对废纸再生过程中使用的脱墨剂进行了研究,比较了多种表面活性剂对废纸的脱墨效果,并从中筛选出的脱墨效果比较好的非离子表面活性剂与阴离子捕收剂复配,考察了其脱墨效果,确定了脱墨剂的最佳配比,为OP-10与油酸以质量比80∶20复配的脱墨剂,吐温-40与油酸以60∶40复配的脱墨剂。
The deinking effects of many kinds of surfactants on waste paper were compared under the experimental conditions. Some non-ionic surfaetants with good deinking effect were chosen to cooperate with anionic collectors. The deinking effect was also investigated. An optimal proportion of the deinking reagent was obtained, that is, the ratio of OP- 10 to oleie acid is 80： 20; tween-40 to oleic acid, 60： 40.
