摘要
实验合成了一种对钛铁矿浮选选择性强的阴离子捕收剂TAO,以此为基础与一种廉价脂肪酸皂组合复配研制出一种新型钛铁矿捕收剂RHB。单矿物浮选实验表明:pH=6-10范围内RHB对钛铁矿/钛辉石体系有较强的选择性。人工混合矿(钛铁矿占40%,钛辉石占60%,钛总品位20.34%)实验表明:RHB一次粗选获得的粗精矿品位达到42.62%,与目前生产用捕收剂MOS相比,在回收率指标相近的情况下,粗精矿品位提高了5.32个百分点。对新型捕收剂的关键组分TAO在钛铁矿表面的作用机理进行了探讨。
An effective collector TAO for ilmenite has been synthesized. It was mixed with a cheap rape oil to be a new collector RHB for ilmenite. The flotation tests of single mineral showed that RHB had a good selectivity in fine ilmenite and titanaugite at pH = 6 - 10. The flotation tests of mixed mineral showed that the grade of ilmenite concentrate could reach to 42.62% through single flotation using RHB as collector. The grade increased by 5.32% compared to using MOS with similar recovery. The mechanism of RHB's key component TAO is also studied on the surface of ilmenite.
