摘要
在分析脉冲激光铣削原理的基础上,通过观察分析试样激光铣削表面形貌,简单讨论了激光参数对铣削速度和表面质量的影响规律。着重介绍了利用脉冲激光对难加工材料硬质合金和Al2O3陶瓷等不同材料进行盲孔、盲槽和复杂结构槽的铣削加工应用情况。
With an introduction of impulse laser milling mechanism and analysis of the sample's milling surface appearance, the paper first explored the influences on milling speed and surface appearance imposed by laser parameter. Then it presented the application of impulse laser milling method on some difficult-to-process materials such as hard alloy; Al2O3 porcelain in the processing of blind holes; blind slots and complicated slots.
