摘要
以目前微细电火花加工中微细电极常用的制备技术为基础,提出了自成形微细电极制备技术。通过研究,掌握了自成形微细电极制备技术工艺关键,并与传统制备方法的反拷块法进行了实验对比,获得了较为理想外形尺寸精度、长径比的电极。
Based on state-of-art methods used mostly to make micro-electrode nowadays, a self forming method (SFM) of making micro-electrode was presented. Key technics of SFM used in making micro-electrode were grasped, and comparison experiments between SFM and other traditional method were carried out. Micro-electrode with good shape and large length-diameter ratio was attained.
