淬硬钢的导电加热切削实验研究 被引量:6

A Study on Electric Hot Machining for Hardened Steel

摘要 采用导电加热切削方法对淬硬GCr15轴承钢进行切削试验,分析这种加工方法的可行性,研究了切削量对表面粗糙度的影响规律。研究结果表明:导电加热切削能有效切削淬硬钢,显著降低表面粗糙度值;在较优的切削用量下,表面粗糙度可达到Ra0.25μm。 In this paper electric hot machining (EHM) is applied to cut hardened GCrl5 steel. The feasibility and validity of this method is discussed at first, and then the influence of conditions on surface roughness is also analyzed. The experiments indicate that the EHM is an e machining method of hardened bearing steel, and remarkably reduces the surface roughness. bearing cutting ffective Under optimal condition, we got the surface roughness of Ra0.25μm.
