摘要
总结了国内外检测技术的发展及研究现状,提出了以CCD摄像方式来获取轴类零件检测信息的方法.对采集到的轴类零件图片进行图像处理,得到零件各处的特征信息,从而精确快速地检测出需要的轴类零件各个位置的几何尺寸和形位公差,判断出被测零件是否为合格产品.
Following a brief review on the advance of national and international inspection technique,the idea of obtaining axis parts inspection information using charge - coupled devices (CCD) was put forward in this paper. By axis parts image processing,the characteristic information of all over of the axis parts can be got. Thus we can precisely and swiftly test the geometry dimension and shape error of desired location of axis parts and estimate whether the axis part is a qualified one.
