摘要
对影响顶隙柱塞喷油泵工作一致性的各种因素进行了研究,指出影响柱塞腔压力变化的参数都会影响到一致性。通过对产品的设计和加工精度、偶件的密封及出油阀开启压力等因素的分析,提出了相应的解决方案,从而为喷油泵一致性改善提供了依据。
According to the mechanism of pump with top clearance plunger, this paper analyzed all factors that influenced the consistency of pump running. It＇s found that all factors that influence the variation of plunger cavities＂ pressure will affect the consistency of plunger. Discussions among these factors including precision of product design and process, sealing of matching parts and opening pressure of delivery valve etc, were performed, and then, respective solutions were figured out. Consequently, all these works provided guidance for improvements on pump consistency.
