摘要
介绍了一种纺织行业需要的基于AT 89C 52单片机控制的新型蒸纱锅控制器。该控制器采用FU ZZY-P ID双模控制,克服了常规P ID控制的缺点。论述并提出了模糊控制器的结构、模糊控制表的建立以及控制器的软硬件设计。采用该算法使系统具有更短的调整时间,更好的静动态特性,具有良好的鲁棒性。
A new type of steam boiler controller for yarn based on single-chip computer AT89C52 needed in textile industry is introduced. It overcomes the shortcomings of the conventional PID control by using FUZZY-PID control. Structure of fuzzy controller, fuzzy control table, and the hardware and software design are mainly introduced. The system using FUZZY-PID algorithm shows shorter adjusting time, better static and dynamic characters and better robust stabilization.
