摘要
肾上腺脑白质营养不良是性链长链脂肪酸代谢障碍的遗传性疾病,涉及到肾上腺、脑的病变。现报道1例,结合文献对临床表现、病理、发病、诊断和治疗进行讨论。
Adrenoleukodystrophy is a X-linked hereditary disease with characteristic of abnormality of long chain fetty acid metabolism which involved the adrenal cortex and brain. A case is seported and the clinical manifestation, pathology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment are discussed with the review of literature.
