摘要
应用美国农化服务中心(ASI)提出的“土壤养分状况系统研究法”,对岭头单丛茶原产地海拔350~700m的茶园土壤养分含量进行了系统测试分析,结果表明,当地茶园土壤十分贫脊,养分障碍因子多,养分含量极不平衡且供应水平普遍较低,除缺乏N、P、K大量元素外,Mg、Ca、Cu、Zn、S等中微量元素的有效含量也极度缺乏,供应水平低。肥效试验结果表明,茶园施用由发酵花生麸和腐植酸等制成的绿色食品专用有机肥,能显著提高茶叶产量和改善茶叶的内在品质,使岭头单丛茶更具外观“赤叶”特征和特有的蜜韵。
Soil nutrient status was systematically analyzed using the ASI Systematic Approach for the garden of Lingtou Single- bush tea, which was a native at the elevation of 350~700 m. Results illustrated that the soil existed various nutrient limitations, generally with low and imbalanced nutrient supply. In addition to relatively low coneentrations of extractable N, P, K, the soil was extremely deficient in lots of secondary and micronutrients, such as Mg, Ca, S, Cu and Zn. It has showed that application of a green- food specific organic fertilizer, which was manufactured with composted peanut- bran and humid acids, remarkably enhanced yield and quality of Lingtou Single- bush tea, further characterizing its "yellowish- leaf" outward appearance and unique honey rhyme.
